"Amazing couples afternoon at this Hammam! We'd never been to a Hammam before and loved the steam rooms, cold plunge pool, exfoliation, and massage (we did the Rituals of the Sultans for 2). Highly restorative and relaxing after a week of exploring Spain. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage, you won't get that, but light/ medium pressure that was very relaxing. Only complaint was the cramped changing room. Would highly recommend!"
"We decided to do a spa afternoon to unwind after a long week of being tourist. Before I left, I pre booked services here and I loved that it was a traditional Hammam. I went to a Hammam in Turkey and the receptionist explained that this was a Moroccan version. I got the rituals of the Medina package which included the traditional Hammam and a 20 or 40 minute massage. I got the 20 minute massage and wish I booked a longer one. All you need is a bathing suit and they provide slippers and a robe. When you start, you go downstairs and prep for the Hammam service by entering the wet pool and sauna rooms. You sit and relax and wait for your service. When the Hammam is done, they escorted me to the massage area and let me select which oil I wanted. I chose jasmine and it was a great experience. Finally, they let us wind down in a cushioned seated area with tea and a snack. A great relaxing time that I would do again and again."
"I have received a gift certificate to this Orient Spa experience from my friends. Honestly I had no idea what to expect. From the website I did not get much understanding and I have decided not to check online so I am not comparing it. Having said that, since I have not visited any other Hamman spa, I can't tell if this specifically are the best or not. Also I believe the experience might be different depending on the country and owners. Visiting those, I will definitely aim to visit one once going to country of origin pf those.Now to the experience itself. I enjoyed it. I felt like a newborn person. Let's look at the treatment I had and what can you choose from. You can go with basic Hamman Spa or add another treatment to have package (check website for offer and prices). I personally had Hamman Spa with scrub and 40min massage. When you enter the spa, you do feel like you are in the orient. Decoration, smell, intimacy, music. The staff speak English and that was a plus for me going first time. You will be showed where to change your clothes. They will provide you with flip flops and bathrobe aso bikini if you forget (my tip - bring bikini 2 peace ;). Once changed they will ask you to wait for couple minutes (here I would like to comment that some magazine would be good to kill the time even from few minutes). Then you will be brought down to the spa part. Shower, small pool with cold water and steam room are available. The room itself is very warm. Water is being splashed on the walls b staff (i was like what?) but make sense. The steam room was very hot. After 40min you will be called to separate room to get the scrub and treatment from the butter. You can finish here and go upstairs to relax a bit more in relaxing room with tea and typical sweet dish or continue for massage, facial .. treatments. My massage was very pleasant. After 40min I also could relax a bit more in the room with the treats.Overall experience superb however fee things:1. I am bathroom freak. I would recommend to clean more often and change the seat 2. I hate the humidity here and especially in those places. I really would be interested how they manage downstairs because they should apply the same to the shower upstairs. It has mold3. Job deformation- customer care. When someone greats you respond especially if you are the one working there and customer is trying to make contact. Fortunately only one experience other staffs were super pleasant and customer oriented.4. Prices are OK considering pricy BarcelonaIt is worth for visit"

"I booked the Ritual Supreme Argan and it didn't disappoint! I enjoyed the experience from start to finish. You start with the steam sauna and cool pool, then you move on to the wet room with stone beds for the body scrub and argan mask (I love how they splash you with water to cleanse you each time!). After getting your skin open and clean, you move on to the massage room and experience an amazing argan oil massage followed by a customized facial. At the end, there is a sitting room where you have mint tea and a super yummy treat. Christina took care of me from the scrub through the tea service and she was fantastic! The services are more around cleaning, treating, and pampering your skin and body, not super intensive massage. The warm oil massage felt so good after hitting the pavement over the past week. The space is incredibly clean and all staff members were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Spa-Hammam Rituels d'Orient!"

"To begin with I went alone, I was a little hesitant to go alone. But when I got there, the truth is that the girl at the reception treated me very well and explained my ritual step by step.When I entered the hammam I thought that 1 hour there alone was going to take forever, but the truth is that it seemed short, the feeling of peace and tranquility absorbs you, it is perfect.Later I went to the cabin where they gave me an exfoliation and a massage with a wrap that smelled super good.Later I went on to a relaxing massage in which they give you the choice of which oil you want or like best. "Simply not my thing and I should have known better--and, I do not want that to taint my review for a very well-run operation. Very clean but only a cool pool and steam room—there is not a hot water spa or sauna--we stayed in the area about 45-60 minutes which was a bit too long for us. Everything was very clean and efficiently run. Scrub in the scrub room was great. We had to cut the routine/ritual short so we finished with the massage. Massage was good--not great-- but probably would have preferred a spa focusing solely on massage. If you enjoy these "ritual" activities before your massage, then I highly recommend. Also, I want to note that the staff is great—friendly and service oriented and very accommodating."

"Amazing Hammam experience! I spent my birthday in Barcelona and wanted to have a relaxing night. This spa did not disappoint! I went to a Hammam the week before in Marrakech and this one is pretty authentic. I purchased the Hammam + massage and facial. Before the Hammam I relaxed in the steam room and nearly fell asleep. The massage and facial were extremely relaxing and the therapist took her time. After the session they serve mint tea so you can unwind. Reminder to bring a bathing suit, I had to purchase one there because I forgot mine. I had some of the best sleep afterwards."

"What a beautiful experience. It is the best way to relax during vacation. They greet you nicely at the door, lead you to locker where they give you a robe, a cover up, and sandals, then the experience begins. The temperature in the steam room was perfect, it also has a hot tub, and warm stones to lay on. We chose the couples package which includes a body scrub, and a 30-min massage. Overall very happy with the price and service."

The minor thing is that there is only 1 change room, and you have to wait for people before you to get shower (also only 1) and dress up, before you can use it. There is no hairdryer which is strange for such a facility.The price can be compared to Aire which has a simpler hammam but lot of spa pools."

"It was one of the worst. The exfoliating was pretty bad.She wasn’t an expert at all of what she is doing, as an egyptian I tried Hammam for years and this was the worst!She hurt my skin while doing it and when I told the manager he didn’t help me.Not recommended at all."

"My husband and I booked the Ritual Secrets of Shea treatment as a treat for our last day in Barcelona. The staff were quite helpful and even went to find a larger robe for me while we were in the steam room. Unfortunately, our massage therapists spent the first 10 minutes of our massages whispering and giggling to eachother and continued intermittently throughout our treatment. This frankly ruined the experience for me and made it impossible to relax. The receptionist apologized to us when we told her, but the damage was already done. It would have been a 5 star experience had our therapists been more professional."

Beautiful, clean venue with friendly staff :)The process essentially involves a public (there are other guests present as well) hamman space with two rooms of varying heats — one room has a mini pool and places to lounge and the second room is essentially a sauna. You have 45 min to move between both rooms before being scrubbed down. After your scrub, if you opted for a massage, you’ll be taken upstairs for that. And then lead to a final room of couches where you’ll get to relax in your robe and sip a mint tea with a sweet treat. Great experience, even solo, would recommend!"

The receptionist was very kind, very professionally informed us about the treatments chosen and about the covid rules and made us feel welcome throughout the entire time we were there. We were very lucky to be alone at the hammam and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The decoration is very genuine, you feel like you’re in Morocco as the owners have taken care of every detail.
