I whatsaap the center to make a couple massage appointment and asked if they had jacuzzi to which they replied YES , we have a roses bath for 20 euros extra per person that included alcohol. I replied alright (vale) when I arrived they supposed I wanted the 20 euro of jacuzzi plus massage simply because I made an enquiry. I requested to see the jacuzzi they refused and said I had to pay the massage and jacuzzi because I have replied alright despite me explaining that it was just for my husband and that I couldn’t drink nor go into the jacuzzi for medical reasons. When I entered the room it was a bathtub with roses petals … I said I wanted a jacuzzi not a bathtub and they still refused to give me my money back as per their policy ! I told them I’ll bring the police if necessary to which then they accepted to refund the 40 euros. You guys AWFUL experience this place is not about customer satisfaction but about money !!! The one star goes to the therapist (not their fault but the management) am definitely not coming back or recommending this place"

In a very well integrated cabin with a Balinese bed, a bathtub with foam and petals and a relaxation area.
